I cannot believe it’s Sunday already. This past week turned out to be much busier than I expected and even though I slept a lot this weekend, I still feel tired. I think I got a bit too use to constant relaxing over the break and jumping back into work at full speed has been more tiring than I thought. So basically I’m going to stop typing so I can start napping. But first, for those who have forgotten, 5-Ingredient Mondays has now been changed to Minimal Ingredient Mondays, which is a weekly link-up party where bloggers share their gluten and dairy-free recipes with minimal ingredients.
