Happy Monday! I hope everyone had a great weekend, I know I did 🙂 I went to a friends birthday celebration on Friday so I got to see some friends I hadn’t seen in a while. My best friend was also in town for most of the weekend and we had a great time together. This was definitely the most relaxing weekend I’ve had in a while, which is exactly what I needed because…
I’m starting a new position at work in 2 weeks, woohoo!!! But since it’s at the same hospital it’s not as simple as stopping one job one day and starting the next job the next day. Nope, I’ve already starting doing things for my new position AND am trying to wrap up everything from my old position. So yes, I feel completely overwhelmed and excited all at once. I will be switching from a highly discharge planning focused job to an assessment focused job (court ordered assessments to be exact!!!). So basically my brain is overflowing and it’s kind of awesome, kind of terrifying 🙂
Now, onto food business. 5-ingredient food business, to be exact. Yup, it’s time for 5-ingredient Mondays again- a weekly link-up party where bloggers share their 5-ingredient gluten-free recipes. You can check out last weeks submissions here. And here are my favourites from last week:
Pesto Alfredo Pasta from Sandi’s Allergy-Free Recipes
Chocolate Orange Gogi Cookies from Coconut and Berries
Avocado Caramel Pudding from Candida Diet Plan
This week I’m submitting my Nectarine Peanut Crumble:
There’s my submission to 5 Ingredient Mondays, what will yours be this week?
Please review the following guidelines before linking up:
- Recipe should contain 5 ingredients or less, pantry staples excluded. So basically anything that is likely to be found in most peoples kitchen/pantry does not count as an ingredient, neither do optional ingredients. Examples of kitchen/pantry staples may include spices, baking soda, baking powder, milk/non-dairy milk, oils, etc.
- Recipe must be gluten-free. Bonus for recipes that are also dairy-free and double bonus for plant-based recipes.
- Lastly, please leave a link to your own recipe that goes to that week’s 5-Ingredient Monday post, not on this static page.
Your recipes don’t need to be from this week, but it does need to be your own recipe. I will sometimes share photos of the recipes with links back to your blog, so by sharing your recipe, you are giving me permission to use your photo and link back to your recipe.
