It’s almost Monday and I’m not overly excited about that. I’ve been having the most relaxing weekend- a lot of laying around, sleeping and baking. I’m definitely not ready for the realities that Mondays bring but at least I’ve got some delicious recipes to try out over the week. That’s right, it’s time for 5-Ingredient Mondays! This is a place where bloggers link-up their 5-ingredient gluten-free recipes. Check out all of last weeks submissions here. My top picks from last week were:
Lemony Mango Avocado Custard Smoothie from Gluten-Free Cat
Spicy Carrot and Coconut Soup from Candida Diet Plan
Gluten-Free Popovers from Gluten-Free Easily
This week I’m submitting my Raw Berry Breakfast Pudding:
There’s my submission to 5 Ingredient Mondays, what will yours be this week?
Please review the following guidelines before linking up:
- Recipe should contain 5 ingredients or less, pantry staples excluded. So basically anything that is likely to be found in most peoples kitchen/pantry does not count as an ingredient, neither do optional ingredients. Examples of kitchen/pantry staples may include spices, baking soda, baking powder, milk/non-dairy milk, oils, etc.
- Recipe must be gluten-free. Bonus for recipes that are also dairy-free and double bonus for plant-based recipes.
- Lastly, please leave a link to your own recipe that goes to that week’s 5-Ingredient Monday post, not on this static page.
Your recipes don’t need to be from this week, but it does need to be your own recipe. I will sometimes share photos of the recipes with links back to your blog, so by sharing your recipe, you are giving me permission to use your photo and link back to your recipe.

Just realized I forgot to enter last week! The submissions look great. I have a mango on my counter which I think is going to end up in that smoothie 🙂
I’m submitting my Maple-Oat Plum Crumble this week.
All those recipes look terrific! 🙂 This week I’m submitting andoldie, but goodie–Pumpkin Butter–and my new Double Chocolate Banana Truffle Cookies(5 ingredients when not all options are used). 🙂 Last, but not least, thanks so much for highlighting my popovers. Love those!
