5-Ingredient Mondays- Portobello Pizzas, Kale Butter Beans Soup & Dried Apple Chips

Where did last week go? I had two delicious recipes I wanted to schedule to post before I headed off to Quebec for the weekend but the time passed too quickly for that to happen. Don’t worry, it just means this week will be extra delicious! Now that it’s Monday though, it’s time for another round of 5-Ingredient Mondays, a place where bloggers link-up their scrumptious gluten-free recipes. You can check out last week’s submissions here.

My picks from last week are:

Portobello Pizzas from Carrie on Vegan

Portobello Pizzas

Kale Butter Beans Soup from Candida Diet Plan

Kale and Butter Beans Soup

Dried Apple Chips from Sandi’s Allergy-Free Recipes

Dried Cinnamon Apple Chips

This week I’m submitting my Homemade Brown Rice Flour:

Homemade Brown Rice Flour

There’s my submission, what will yours be this week?

Please review the following guidelines before linking up:

  1. Recipe should contain 5 ingredients or less, pantry staples excluded. So basically anything that is likely to be found in most peoples kitchen/pantry does not count as an ingredient, neither do optional ingredients. Examples of kitchen/pantry staples may include spices, baking soda, baking powder, milk/non-dairy milk, oils, etc.
  2. Recipe must be gluten-free. Bonus for recipes that are also dairy-free and double bonus for plant-based recipes.
  3. Lastly, please leave a link to your own recipe that goes to that week’s 5-Ingredient Monday post, not on this static page.

Your recipes don’t need to be from this week, but it does need to be your own recipe. I will sometimes share photos of the recipes with links back to your blog, so by sharing your recipe, you are giving me permission to use your photo and link back to your recipe.

    • Thanks for linking-up, Sandi! I’ve been craving carrots a lot lately so your recipe will be a nice new way to enjoy them! Hope to see you back this week 🙂

  2. Hi Erin!! I just linked up a lemony smoothie that I’m loving. It does have 7 ingredients, but I consider nutmilk, lemon, and dates to be kitchen staples! If that’s too many please take it down. Hope you are well!!

  4. Hi Erin–All of these recipes look yummy! I’m a little late to the party, but this week I’m linking up my “Better Than Sliced Bread” Popovers. So easy and truly delicious! Incidentally, they’re one of the recipes in my latest bread recipe roundup–40 Gluten-Free Recipes for Basic Rolls and Biscuits. 🙂

    Have a great week!

    • I’m glad you showed up at the party, Shirley. Your popovers look fantastic. I’ve featured them this week 🙂 I’ll definitely be checking out your roundup for more bread ideas!
