Is it just me or is anyone else counting down the days until the Labour Day long weekend? I know, I know, I’m barely back from a 2 week vacation but coming back to reality is harder than I thought! And boy could I really use a long weekend to sleep, clean and bake 🙂 Anyway, it’s time again for 5-Ingredient Mondays- a weekly link-up party where bloggers share their 5-Ingredient gluten-free recipes.
