I love smoothies. They’re quick. They’re yummy. And best of all, they’re convenient. Slept in? No problem, throw together a smoothie. Forgot to prepare a lunch? Don’t sweat it, throw together a smoothie. Stayed at work late? You got it, it’s smoothie time:
Spinach & Pear Smoothie
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 1/2 cup fresh pear juice
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/3 cup silken tofu
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients in the blender.
- Blend.
- Enjoy!
